To the Revdex.com after receiving your letter in regard to Mrs, [redacted] .About her jeep patriotThe letter to witch was supplied to TM Auto by the Revdex.com isnot a accurate over view of what took place.On the [redacted] jeep was check for NYSI to where it was found that thevehicle needed both outer tie rods in order to pass NYSIAn estimate was given to Mrs, [redacted] she approved ordering parts, which where then placed on order she at that timescheduled for to have the repairs done and, to have NYSI performedMrs, [redacted] contacted TM Auto on to change her appointment date but do to herNYSI expiring at the end of the monthShe was out of time.Do to our schedule being booked in full for the date we made a small hole infront of others at 8:am (when we opened) to accommodate her need for here repairand NYSIOn the date of 5.When Mrs, [redacted] arrived to the shop she asked to see the worn parts before work wasperformed to her jeepThe jeep was placed on the lift then a Tec showed Mrs, [redacted] theplay that both tie rods had .After seeing them for her self she then took a seat in thewaiting room.At this time two techs where placed on her jeep in order to get it done one Tec did the leftside while the other did the right sideThen the NYSI was completed.At 9:am the jeep was returned to her .We noted that the alignment needs to bechecked, no other concerns or complaints where expressed to Tm Auto at that time Mrs, [redacted] thanked us for making the time to get the jeep done then she left.On 08/03/Mrs, [redacted] called the shop and yelled at staff to the point we could noteven get a word in edge wise she accused staff of ripping her offThen she hung up onusShe then called back latter for a do over of her yellingWe tried to talk to her and gothung up on.About the information in this letter it is not right our posted labor rate is per hr notthe quote was given base on the shop labor rate from the Mitchell labor guideThelabor for this job was hr per side total being hr .Two techs did this job in the effortto help her this is why the jeep was done quickly the jeep came in at 8:and was out at9:total time in shop 1,hr times the two techs is hours.The quote given was based on one Tec not two .We quoted total repair time witch isper side and under book time total at per hr is as charged add in theNYSI Fee -total of the two is as charged.As to the remark of staff being rude its hard to be rude to some one that won't let you geta word in then hang's up on you.We at TM Auto try very hard to work with the people with in our community we aresorry that Mrs, [redacted] feel's this way
