We truly apologize for the trouble and inconvenience experienced here with your previous returnUpon review of your account, I do see here that our returns department received products returned to us on 8/11/However, the only items received were the cyan and yellow Tcartridges that were initially sent as free replacements so those were not issued a refundThe third cartridge we received was one that was not purchased from us which was an OEM HP 61XL Black ink cartridge If there was another package returned, may you please provide the return tracking number and a listing of which items they were? We can be reached Mon-Fri 6am-6pm PST and Sat-Sun 7am-4pm PST at ###-###-####
