In response to the complaint submitted by [redacted] Public Water . I have no idea what he is talking about . There is no specificity in his complaint . original "es[redacted]ate " . The key word is es[redacted]ate  . The last [redacted]e I spoke with [redacted] , he shook my hand and called me Buddy . I have never received a phone call , an e-mail or any other type of communication informing me of any complaints of my work . I would think before one goes to the extreme measure as to contact the Revdex.com , one would at least give the contractor the opportunity to address any issues . But that didn't happen which makes me question the professionalism of the complainant . My background in Instrumentation and Process Control and Industrial electricity goes back 40 years without any complaints . This includes close to 30 years maintaining the equipment at [redacted] which includes 4 sewage lift stations , a pressure filter WTP that includes telemetry , multiple level control loops , pump protection on wells and high service pumps .Two days ago I was contact by [redacted] ( [redacted] is one of the [redacted] Board Members ) that one of the high service pumps would not work in hand or automatic . I went to [redacted] promptly yesterday morning where I quickly isolated problem to a phase monitor which I promptly replaced .While there , I conversed with Mr. [redacted] where he informed me that all entities in the water and wastewater was working properly which makes me wonder why they would contact another electrician when there is no problem .When I inquired with Mr.[redacted] if the board was aware of the way in which the Revdex.com was notified , he said that they were not .Myself being the President of the Jefferson County Water Authority , a Festus Mo City Councilman for six years and a member of the Festus Crystal City sewage commission where I was also the Presiding Commissioner I am very familiar with the protocol of a boards responsibility and would never take such actions without the boards approval . I am available at any [redacted]e to address this situation .
