Review: On April *, 2014 contractor cut down 9 trees and workers ([redacted] and [redacted]- foremen) as well as the driver of the chip truck agreed to leave a large portion of the oak chips with us. They failed to leave any chips. These were high quality oak chips since the trees didn't have leaves yet.. I made two phone calls and was told that someone would get back to me, but no one did. I made two more phone calls stating that I will complain to the Revdex.com unless chips were delivered. In each case I was connected to the boss who promised a delivery. The last call was made about a month ago and I documented my complaint on June **, 2014, in an email to T&M, but received no response.Desired Settlement: Deliver a full load of quality chips.

In response for complaint ID # [redacted] residing at [redacted], we recieved a phone call from [redacted] requesting a truckload of woodchips, at the time we did not have good/clean woodchips to deliver to him as we chipped everything from multiples jobs completed the sameday, we explained this to [redacted]. Complaint received had nothing to do with the contract or the work promised to [redacted] but since we value our customers and we want them always to feel 100 % satisfied we delivered a good/clean truck load of wodchips and mattered was resolved.
