The residents air conditioning unit is working The resident lives in a townhouse here at Bayhead Village The upper level of the townhomes just does not get as cool as she would like it to We experience the upstairs not maintaining the same temperature as the downstairs The maintenance team has gone to service Ms [redacted] on several occasions The resident has also been given $off of her October rent for her inconvenience Management also has offered the resident the “Early Lease Termination” if she is still dissatisfied [redacted] can move out of the community at any time providing she submits a days’ notice to the office Again the tenant has been informed of the $off we are giving her as well that she can move without paying the Early Term Fee At this point management of the community has taken care of the above named resident If you should have any questions please contact me Sincerely, Deiona W [redacted] Property Manager Bayhead Village Apartments

Management also has offered the resident the “Early Lease Termination” if she is still dissatisfied. [redacted] can move out of the community at any time providing she submits a 30 days’ notice to the office. Again the tenant has been informed of the $100 off we are giving her as well that she can move without paying the Early Term Fee.
