01/14/New customer compliant--had system worked on last summer now auxiliary heat light on, runs continuously also not able to set thermostat "fan on" and has issues with uneven cooling in bedrooms 01/21/we had our first service call from this customer and determined that an electrical surge had damaged circuit boards and sensors and we ordered parts 01/28/we installed new boards and sensors, checked operation of the unit and found it in good working order 02/23/bill of work done was paid with [redacted] by customer calling our office and giving the payment info to our accounts receivable person 03/09/complaint---doesn't think heat pump is working heating with electric heat 03/09/Found the compressor shorted to ground and is not repairable 03/19/Credited charges for 03/09/bill and gave a proposal for new system
