Under the Sun doors are always locked during business hoursI paid for a service I am not gettingThey are still taking my moneyI have sent messages, called and still no replyI have asked for a refund for Feb and March of $and to also cancel my accountI have not been refunded and I have NOT been contacted
In the last month and a half this business has been closed without notice more than it has been openBut still they are charging full price and not wanting to cancel without month additional paid I feel that they have voiding the contract by not providing the service paid forThey should cancel immediately upon request with possible refund

my monthly debit comes out 1st of each month, well it wasnt open the last wk in febso I lost out on that wk of tanning, and the whole month of march which he debited my acct, I probably got to tan time in marchthis is rediculous
