Hello:I placed and paid for an order with him and his company for 4 marketing items and I only recieved two of the four items. I have been trying to work with Mr. [redacted] to be refunded the money he owes me for the two items I never recieved but he refuses to refund my money at this time. I have been trying to work with him since July 2014 because he indicated he was working on getting the money back from the third party person who couldn't make the items requested in the allotted timeframe. Since July 2014 I have made several calls, sent several emails about when he was gonig torefund my money but always broken promises. As of two weeks ago I tried contacting him and now he doesn't answer my calls or anything. At this point I have filed claims with [redacted] through my credit card company and etc. At this point I would like for Mr. [redacted] to refund my money immediately. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else as this isn't good businessDesired SettlementI would like Mr. [redacted] to refund me $650.
