Review: I had 41 yards of topsoil delivered to my home in preparation for landscaping on July 14, 2014. This amount of soil took 3 truckloads and I was ultimately charged over seven hundred dollars. For the first truck load, the driver drove over my sidewalk and into my yard, then asked if he could dump the next 2 loads closer to the street to avoid driving over the sidewalk again. I said this was fine and was pleased with the quality of the soil. However, after moving all the dirt and leveling my yard I noticed a substantial crack in my sidewalk where the truck had first driven over it, essentially breaking the entire sidewalk in half. I am positive it was not there before and now am aware that the driver cracked it, then dumped the next loads of dirt on top so it could not be seen. Because of how substantial the damage is, I asked the manager, [redacted], to make arrangements to remedy the situation. Mr. [redacted] left me a voicemail the next day stating he would like to speak with the driver but would definitely "take care" of the damage. However, a week later, and after numerous unanswered calls and voicemails, I have yet to hear back from or get ahold of Mr. [redacted]. The driver was deceptive in that he knowingly failed to disclose the damage, and the general manager has failed to take responsibility for the situation or keep his word in repairing the damage.Desired Settlement: Ultimately, as I disclosed to Mr. [redacted] previously, I would like the damage repaired, reimbursement for repairs of the damage, or a refund for the services I paid for.
