[redacted] came into my home on 12-17-15 to start the demo process of a total gut and redo of my main bathroom. The estimated finish date was to be 12/29/15. After the initial demo process, Troy showed up to work at my house perhaps two days a week, and often didn't show up until 3pm or later. When I would text him to ask about why he was not reporting to work, he would often not respond at all, or give me off the wall excuses. It is now February 17, 2016 and my bathroom is about 35% complete. The material on site is not what I picked out, but I was told " this is what he could get" Ultimately we decided we had no choice but to move forward with another contractor. This man took $8,500 of my money, and I have nothing but trouble to show for it, as the other professional I had come in to take over has to redo much of the work as its wrong. Shower walls uneven, so unable to tile as is, ect. I'd advise everyone to avoid this contractor so you don't find yourself in a situation like I'm in at the moment. It's been a total nightmare!
