I am rejecting this response because:The owner is 100% lyingI informed him the sprinkler head was NOT working and he said he would come back out and never did despite the fact I asked him through voice mails and texts at least timesPlease leave my complaint on record so future customers are aware how he operatesHe still has the option of refund my $in full do to the fact I had to hire some one else to complete the repair

TME landscaping was hired to repair 1 sprinkler head which was not covering a small section of grass at the curb area of the customer in this complaint. TME replaced one sprinkler head and adjusted to cover area, coverage was up to par at this time.TME went back to readjust this...

sprinkler head. customer still unhappy.TME responded to customer with  we will be by as soon as we could be being busy at the time. Customer demanded refund and contacted Revdex.com.
