cooperation in that regardThe terms of our settlement are as follows:TMG Construction LLC has paid to me contemporaneously, with the execution of this letter, a sum of $4,I acknowledge receipt of a cashier's check payable to me for such settlement amountThe claim at the Registrar of Contractors will be closed, if that has not already occurredYou are directed to send a copy of this letter to the Registrar of Contractors in order for their office to make a notation that the matter has been satisfactorily and completely resolvedThe complaint which Mr*** made at the Consumer Fraud Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office and Revdex.com will be withdrawn, and a copy of this letter may be provided to such offices so that such office will know that the matter has been resolved to Mr***'s satisfactionMr*** will cooperate with TMG Construction LLC in any reasonable way requested by TMG Construction LLC to have the complaint withdrawnMr*** agrees that neither he nor anyone in his family will make any disparaging remarks about MrGonzalez, or TMG Construction LLC, or any events connected with the HVAC system installed in Mr***'s home by TMG Construction LLCIf anyone should inquire, Mr*** will respond in the following way: "The matter has been completely resolved to my satisfaction, and I am pleased with the result and how TMG Construction LLC treated me and handled this matter."
