We have sent the complainant a copy of their visitation records, billing statement, along with the last four digits and expiration of the credit card that was on file.  In addition, we have sent the reports we received later from the bank indicating the rejected membership dues for insufficient funds.In terms of the duplicate account, the visitation log will show that the member was using the gym from the first week of its grand opening. Any confusion in regards to alternate accounts stem from the complainant having a three-part name, fingerprint access was promptly made to address this concern. Both accounts were merged and indicate that no payment was made on either.We only ask the complainant to make payment on the time used for services rendered. If the complainant believes that payment was made, then we ask that they contact us. But at this time our merchant processor confirms that no payment was made towards the membership dues.
