We, at Kraft Graceland memorial Park, are aware of the situation and our management team of *** *** *** *** ***, along with *** *** have had several discussions with Ms*** regarding her situation. She stated that in the past a MrKraft ( I am assuming *** ***, former
General Manager no longer employed with us) had promised her that we would correct the drainage in that area by fortifying the under-ground systems that would funnel the water away from her site. We do recognize that this is a very troublesome area for us because of the water that does not drain effectively immediately after a rain, but as I have shared with Ms***, we have no assurances that we can properly address this matter without spending capital that we, unfortunately, do not have at this time and it will require a great deal of expense moving forward. As for her memorial, we continue to raise and level that area for her as we have done numerous times in the pastThe problem will continue as the water will still pool in that area and cause her memorial to sink, as it has over and over in the past. In speaking with our management team, we are willing to speak to Ms*** about am upright memorial versus the flat memorial she currently owns. Our cemetery is a very well maintained park and we take a great deal of pride in offering a peaceful, well -kept cemetery for all of our families to visit and to be proud ofUnfortunately, the area that Ms***’s family owns has been a challenge for us to maintain and improve to her satisfaction. I am available to speak further about this situation and to arrange a meeting with Ms*** on the possibility of providing her with an upright, slant memorial. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[I would like some assistance with this case number. I was ill for a couple of weeks followed by a week out of town. I didn’t take my computer and did not see it was being closed. The response they gave you was incorrect. They have not contacted me or given me any response to the issues at all. When they do respond, it’s to say it just takes time, or it will be done soon.I just want to be able to visit my mothers grave and not sink ankle deep in the mud or see her headstone sunk 6 inches on one side like a teeter toter. I have pictures.As to them not affording maintenance, a fee is paid when the graves are bought. I would like to try to fix this without legal action. Can you help?]
