I never thought obtaining insurance could be as simple as it has been with TN Best InsuranceWith a rental home, our own home, and cars, it can be hard for my husband and I to stay on top of all our renewals as well as ensure we are getting the best rate from our providersThankfully, David has gone above and beyond to take care of all that for usWhenever one of our policies is up for renewal he always calls or emails to let us know that the renewal is pending and that he has shopped other carriers for usIf there is a better rate with another provider, he gives a run down of the coverage comparison against our current provider and payment optionsAll we have to do is decide whether or not to go with the new provider and he takes care of the restWhenever I have questions about claims or my coverage, I always get honest guidance and advice from whomever I speak with at TN BestWorking with this company has given me no doubt that they always have their customer's best interest in mind

After being insured through a large, well-known company for years, my husband and I were reluctant to switch to a smaller insurance company The lower cost was certainly enticing, but we were not willing to sacrifice customer service and quality After talking to David, we felt comfortable enough to leave a company that had insured our family for over years That was on of the best decisions we ever made!

Had house fire and NO phone call to see if we were ok just an email from Doug [redacted] (Owner) stating that we were being NON-RENEWED and he did not have a market for my home insurance-I would need to look elsewhere. SORRY!
So this is how you treat customers that have had terrible things happen...No compassion or friendly customer service. House STILL isn't fixed. This happened 6/2015 and still waiting.
