Regarding TN ###-###-####.  Due to the severity of this complaint we have removed this number from our switch.

This is by far the absolute worst underlying carrier for VoIP services since RNK. PacWest has constantly and consistently have had outages on their network. 3 major outages within a period of just two months.

Additionally they cannot answer their lines and they provide the same "1 hour estimate" to fix an issue which goes on for an entire 10 hour period.

Most recently they had an issue with electricity being off and took their crew hours to even recognize this.

Telecom companies which have worked with them have told them multiple times to implement redundancies which they have consistently failed to do.

They are unresponsive, unreliable and not trustworthy.

Review: This company repeatedly is calling my cell phone and home phone numbers. I have no business with this company nor have I ever had any business with this company and I have repeatedly told them that but they still continue to call my cell phone and home home numbers. I want this to end, but everytime I try to question them, they hang up, and when I try to call them back, the phone number that they just called me on states this number is disconnected. Please advise on what I can do to get this company to quite harrasing me day and night. Especially when I have grandbabies sleeping. They call after 9 pm and on Sundays...everyday and time seems to be fair game to them. Please and thank-you. Desired Settlement: For them to lose my phone numbers and leave me alone!

Review: This company called my home number from this number [redacted]. The recording stated that my husband would have a warrant issued for fraud if we did not contact them to make payments. We called the number and there was a loud beep then this message, " You have successfully completed a test call to [redacted]". This is a scam trying to scare people into sending money. As [redacted] has filed bankruptcy this must be their way to try to coerce money from people.I would like them stopped.Desired Settlement: Make them stop this scam. Shut them down.

Review: I have received multiple calls from the following phone number: ###-###-####, which is registered to Pac-West Telcomm in Roseville, CA. I have learned that Pac-West Telcomm was purchased by TNCI about a year ago. In the last week, I have received multiple calls from this number to my cell phone: ###-###-####. I have been ignoring the calls, but today, September 17th, 2014, I picked up. A woman on the other end said Hello? I answered, and she immediately said "Thanks" in a sarcastic voice and hung up. I am very concerned that this company is trying to scam me and steal information or voice authorization from me. When I did a reverse lookup on this phone number, there were multiple complaints through [redacted] and the number was flagged as "Heavy Spam Activity Suspected." I would like the phone number ###-###-#### to be inactivated and to STOP receiving calls from ANY Pac-West Telcomm/TNCI solicitor. I would also like the Revdex.com to lower the rating of TNCI as unwanted phone solicitations seem to be their primary business (see other complaints).Desired Settlement: I would like phone calls from this company to my cell phone to end immediately, and I would like the Revdex.com to lower the rating of this business as they seem to be heavily involved in unwanted phone solicitations (see other complaints).
