Below is our response to the complaint issued by Mr***.Mr***, was installed on Tuesday, October 27thThat day he complained about our technicians climbinghis roof, and made threats to our company in regard to thisAs a result, our legal team reached out to Mr.*** and received no
reply.On Thursday October 29th, our technicians returned to Mr***'s home because we received notice fromhim that his service was no longer workingUpon our arrival there was evidence of ill treatment to theequipment we put on site, that required the customer (Mr***) to take it apart, and unknowinglyattempt to piece it back together resulting in use of commercial glue that is not required for the properfunctionality of our equipmentOur technicians were able to get the internet to work through the device butcan no longer be used at another location, and is obsolete unless used at Mr***'s address.On November 9th, we received an e-mail (attached to this letter) from our upstream provider, HunterCommunicationsIn the e-mail it is stated that Mr*** had tried to circumnavigate our security andsettings we have in place to ensure quality service to the rest of our customersHe was considered a threatto the security and functionality of our service and so his internet was cut offThere was is no way to contacthim, being he did not provide a phone number when his installation was doneWhen Mr*** contactedus, our technicians had already seen many logs in our security that showed Mr*** attempting to loginto our system with many different "usernames and passwords" many of which, were profane and vulgar.We have attached copies of these as well.Mr*** claims to have innocently asked in a public forum questions about ports, however as this mayhave been the case, we are incapable of seeing what he may or may not have doneAs a company, we do notmonitor what is done online as it is against The Open Internet ActWe are incapable of doing this alsobecause of the security we have set in place to ensure the privacy of each and every customerThe complaintMr*** is issuing is not accurate, as his internet was shut off due to him attempting to hack our securityon many different levels
We will not be issuing him a refund as the equipment he ruined was at a cost of $200.00, that now we are toreplaceWe will also not be refunding him on the basis that he attempted to hack the security we have inplace.We will be contacting Mr*** very soon with a lawsuit regarding the security hack he attemptedWehave picture evidence, logs, and security images taken by our upstream providerNot only will he be hearingfrom our legal team, but I do believe he will also be dealing with Hunter Communications.The issue here was illegal and may result in some prison time for Mr***If he has further questions, hecan contact us at our officeOur information is located on our websitewww.tnet.bizSincerely,
