Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It was not an authorized work I did not verbally or in written form authorize the work TNH is referring to It doesn't make sense for a contractor to do unauthorized work and then charge for it If this was allowed there'd be complete chaos TNH must of had an agreement with my tenant, [redacted] ***, because TNH states it was a courtesy and would not charge Their agreement has nothing to do with me since I did not ask them to do the work First they send me an invoice that's already been paid Then they send an invoice I did not authorize This is harassment Can their license be revoked for such unethical business behaviour? Which Hawaii State department can I talk to? I am surprised that they are still in business doing this kind of nonsense They give a bad name to honest plumbers trying to do honest work Sincerely, [redacted] ***
hello, we showed up to residence at the set time and date no one contacted us to cancel the appointment customer was charged our flat rate note: we left several voice messages and couple copies of the invoice no one responded to either sincerely, [redacted] , president
