About days ago, a charge for $was withdrawn from our checking account by an electronic check to *** in St.Petersburg, FL, which we did NOT authorize It was even drawn on my husband's first name, which is NOT the name he uses on our checking account documents, so we knew something was wrong When we called the 1-number on the e-check, we were told this was most likely for a recurring monthly subscription, but the phone number on the e-check was only the payment processing company and could not (would not) provide us with any further informationWe advised the phone agent that this charge was not authorized and they said they would make refund (which was apparently just credited to our account after nearly days and came from TNS United Trading???), but we still alerted our bank to the fraudulent transaction and due to the circumstances of this SCAM company using e-checks, we were advised to close that accountE-checks can just randomly show up at any time, and how do we know that next time it won't be $2775, without the decimal point?

On May 4th an electronic check appeared on my account that I did not authorize. It was payable to a company named JRS Alter Sales. I called the 1-877 number listed on the check and demanded information. I was told the number I had called was a "third party solutions" provider and that they would process a refund. They told me that this was for a website monthly subscription fee. Funny thing is, when the refund was posted to my account, it was posted by TNS United Trading. JRS Alter Sales is a company in Texas. TNS United Trading is a company in St. Petersburg, FL with a history of fraudulently presenting unauthorized electronic checks on people's accounts. I have never done business with either of these companies and certainly never authorize electronic checks on my accounts.

This Company debited my checking account for $31.21 on New Years Eve 2015. They created an Electronic Check. I called a phone # on the Check and disputed the charge. I was told it would be credited back to my account within 3 to 15 days. I did receive the Credit on the 10th day. My Bank thinks I should close my Account and open a new one. I Googled this Company which was listed on the Check as Web Intel Retail Inc. There are lots of complaints from other people who have been VICTIMIZED by this Company by taking small amounts out of their accounts thinking because they are small amounts nobody will notice but I did!!!!
