resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.Since ordering from a company named Gift Values on 9/**/15, I was hard pressed to get my merchandise or refundI'd contacted the Revdex.com in New York because this is where the company is located. You sent notification that you had no luck in getting a reply and had closed out the complaintI did keep trying and finally on 1/**/I got my refund for merchandise never received. I understand that the complaint was closed however please note that more time elapsed costumer continued and got satisfactionPlease withdraw complaint against gift values for lack of response
