Review: On June 7th, 2013 I sent via [redacted] service the required $100 deposit on a 1981 Ball Fireball II pinball machine to be refurbished and shipped to my home address for a total of $1899 plus shipping charges. On July 18th, 2013, the machine had been pulled from inventory into the workshop for restoration. The owner [redacted] kindly emailed a [redacted] link to a video of the machine in its pre-restore condition; it was in VERY GOOD condition. On July 19th, 2013, **. [redacted] without explanation refunded my $100 deposit cancelling the contract without my approval. When I attempted to call **. [redacted] and ask what was going on, I was told he was working from home and unavailable. [redacted], who took my phone call, said he would call [redacted] and find out what was going on then call me back. Over the next 10 minutes, I repeatedly refreshed the TNT Amusements inventory page for pinball machines only to discover that he had just re-listed the machine as in inventory again but for a higher price of $2199. I re-sent my $100 deposit via [redacted] to maintain my hold on the machine only to have [redacted] refund it again 15 minutes later. A subsequent attempt to contact [redacted] via email resulted in the message being returned as undeliverable because he had now blocked my email address.
Seems this is a case of a vendor discovering that a product in inventory was worth more than he originally thought.
I have a written, hard-copy invoice for this deal that [redacted] mailed to me back in June.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation for [redacted]'s irrational behavior in suddenly and inexplicably refunding my deposit and follow through on the original June 7th agreement.

I am rejecting this response because:
1. I did not demand any video of the machine before restoration. **. [redacted] willingly provided it as a standard procedure of how he does business, which I thought was very professional. I communicated in response that I liked the machine very much.
Sadly, this was NOT what happened--you reacted upset with the video and said the game was NOT in good condition and whet was I trying to sell you? I explained the game was not started and did not want to send a video of an untouched machine but you insisted. I then decided I did NOT want to deal with some so persnickity, and refunded the $100 deposit--and you continued to send it back and I continued to refund it. I do NOT have to sell or deal with someone I think will be trouble. You "reported" the refund to the Better Business Bureau who AGREED with me that I DID NOT have to deal with you either!
