On Friday, April 17, 2020 Tony *** @ TNT Appliance & Home Repairs came out to my home to check out my fridge. I paid him my $125 home warranty service fee and reluctantly paid him an additional $80.68 for the parts needed to fix the fridge. Parts were an air filter, a water/ice filter, and a clip for a shelf. Tony told me that he would get the parts and come back to my home later that day to install them. He didn't come back. On Saturday, April 18, 2020, I called him around 1pm to see when he was coming back. I left a voicemail. He texted me about 445pm that day and told me that he had a "major job" and would come after he finished. He never showed. About 6pm he texted me saying he has the filters but not the clip. He would come by and install the filters and come back for the clip on Tuesday. I said just come to install everything on Tuesday. He agreed. He never showed. I reached out to him on Wednesday evening, about 8pm. He answered back said he would come "tomorrow", which would be Thursday, April 23. I asked what time he thought he'd be at my house. He never answered. No show.By the next Thursday, April 30, after calling for almost a week, I get a text from someone named Brandi. She said that Tony has the water filter, but not the air filter or the clip/stud, but she can meet me at a *** in Lawrenceville to give me the parts. I told her I would not be able to meet them there because I had to work. She then agreed to have Tony bring the parts to my home on the morning of May 1. They never showed up. I reached out to home warranty company and advised them of my problem. told them I didn't want TNT back in my home and to refund my money. Since May 1 I have called and sent texts to TNT...left voicemails, and sometimes receiving a text saying that tomorrow will be the day. Never happened. It is Tuesday, May 5 now. I still have not received parts or my money. They continue to lie about resolving issue the next day. Never showed up, no money refunded, no parts.

Refund I would like them to refund my money for the parts ($80.68) and the service fee ($125)they collected from me. He provided no service and never delivered on parts. Total refund requested:$205.68
We have offered this customer a refund. He didn't have time to meet me at a public place. He couldn't do it. We also tried to meet at his home he was busy. We was informed by 2-10 home buyers warranty company to refund his money the exact way he paid us on ***! He has complained but to get his refund to him seems like he doesn't want it! I am also letting the home warranty company know that his allegations that he said wasn't holding up to his contractual duties. He can get the $80.68 refund but nothing more. I don't accept their response because Tony *** is lying again. I have called them SEVERAL times attempting to get my refund or the parts I paid for. And each time they told me they would come by, or submit my refund and never do it. I told his girlfriend Brandi that I work and would be unable to meet him at the time they proposed and she said they would come by my house "between 9-10". They never did. And they never do what they say. Someone is always at my home. They could have left my money in the mailbox. They could have mailed it to me. They are the ones that couldn't get their method of refund (*** Payments) to work properly, not me. That is when I suggested them to send my money back through PayPal. They couldnt do that cause they said the Warranty company told them they had to return the money the same way they took it. I suggested them to give me cash and Brandi said they didn't have any cash to give. It is a lie that I didn't want my money back. Just like everything else they have told me. To end this I WILL ACCEPT THEIR OFFER FOR THE RETURN OF THE $80.68 but I dont want it limited to returning through *** payments. They need to give me the money they stole from me any way that is available. They can use PayPal; they can drive to my house, put it in an envelope and place the envelope in my mailbox; they can have their so-called attorney pay me by Zelle. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE HIGHLY UNETHICAL PEOPLE.
