Review: I brought my car to [redacted], the owner of TNT Auto Body, in order to have my car repaired due to an automotive collision accident. [redacted] seemed really nice and genuine while we talked about what repairs had to be done. He explained the process to me and said it should not take any longer than 2 weeks. So I went ahead and gave him a $2000 deposit for the BRAND NEW PARTS he said he was going to buy. This included an ap2 front bumper, ap2 headlights, and a hood for my [redacted] s2000. Each week, [redacted] would feed me excuses such as "Oh your car needs _________ so we have to _______ and its a very long process that is not easy." Eventually, communication started to fade. About 3 (THREE)MONTHS later, [redacted] from another body shop entitled "Sac Chromes and Paint" called me and told me they have my car. They said [redacted] had dropped it off to their shop and asked them to paint the car for him in which he would pay them $1500. I stopped by the new shop and saw my car there about a week later. They showed me the front bumper and headlights that [redacted] had given to them to paint and it was used and all beat up, and not even the right products. I was furious when I saw that so I gave [redacted] a call. He told me those parts were just for test fitment an that [redacted] was not suppose to paint those parts. He then assured me that he had the brand new parts at his shop. So I go to his shop a week later and it has been shutdown. His twin brother [redacted] had taken over the shop. [redacted] is nowhere to be found and I have no way to contact him. He left my car at the other body shop WITHOUT MY CONSENT. he has my $2000 that I gave him to buy brand new parts that he has not bought. I also dropped off my mugen hardtop, brand new brackets for the hardtop, and two brand new rims which have all disappeared out of his shop.Desired Settlement: [redacted] NEEDS TO RETURN MY MONEY TO ME AND ALL MY PARTS. HE HAS ALSO RUINED MY EDUCATION THIS SEMESTER BECAUSE MY CAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN FINISHED BY NOW. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE ALL MY CLASSES BECAUSE OF THIS HANDICAPPED SITUATION I AM IN. IT IS NOT JUST ABOUT THE CAR, HE HAS VIOLATED MY CIVIL RIGHTS. I HAVE BECOME SLIGHTLY DEPRESSED BECAUSE OF THIS SITUATION.

Review: Im am complaining to the workmanship of my three stage expensive Lamborghini PPG paint job on my Nissan 1991 300zx performed by TNT auto body. I really like Tone service when I first started going to him years ago. Except for he left the double side tape on my new tail that he permanently molded to the car.So and as years go by the tape oozes off its red my car is white.( big flag from the beginning.) That not why Im complaint Im complaint because he the original painter of my car.I have contacted TNT on several attempt to get my car repaired for my claim with my Insurance and I constantly am ignored, put off,let down, stood up ,faked on (He once told me he'll call me back im getting a hair cut wow..) and all I was asking for was an estimate since he the original painter and fabricator. He know the code to my paint. I don't even know the warranty on the paint job or workmanship.I tried to include text and emails but the system doesn't allow attachmentsDesired Settlement: Car was to be repainted dent pulled and blended painter stopped at a noticeable area on rear of car instead of going all the way around to the next panel and color or is off
