This is the first time I am hearing about this Did you have contact with someone at the company when you first saw the oil leaking?

A full investigation was conducted including viewing of the video surveillance and interviewing employees The findings is that there is no plausible explanation (based on type of damage) or evidence to show that the damage occurred on our property Customer is invited to view the video surveillance

I have ordered the door handle and am working with the customer to resolve the issue promptly.Thanks,***

After an investigation, and view of video footage, we did perform the service Our error was in not adding enough coolant This was our fault The customer did not tow the vehicle back to us, so that we could have fixed the issue, if we could not have fixed it, than we would have
referred them out It is only fair that we were given the chance to fix the problem We have refunded the customer for the service and in addition will refund the tow amount which we would have done in the first place We will not pay for the additional services that they did at mazda Please come back and see *** the Manager and he will give you a refund for the tow We apologize for this problem

After an extensive investigation which included watching the video, speaking to the detail manager, examining pictures of the damage, and talking to the greeter who viewed the vehicle first hand prior to entering our facility I have arrived at the following conclusions
1) The damage on the front bumper, were different types and occurred at different times
2) The extent/type of damage could only have happened if the vehicle went through the tunnel, the video shows the vehicle being hand washed and driven around tunnel
3) Our detail manager who worked on the car would not have buffed the bumper, it is plastic and does not get buffed
4) The damage on the vehicle is not consistent with anything caused by the tools we used in the shop and video does not show any
interruption in service which would have been consistent with somebody "breaking" something
5) The greeter pointed out that several "scratches/damage" would not come out with buffing
6) The video (which a copy was provided to the customer) show no evidence that any "accident" happened while the vehicle was in our possession.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have spoken with [redacted] who informed me that the view of the video, that this facility claims supports their response that the damage to my car did not take place while in their care, only shows the view if my car being detailed from the passenger side of the vehicle, not the driver side where the damage was sustained. My car hood is dented and there are scratches on y bumper that were not there before my car was detailed by their technicians. The managers and owners have demonstrated poor customer service and more importantly, unethical work practices. Of course the technician who detailed my car denies damaging it, and every one else swears by that lie. I know the truth, and the truth is yours hop damaged my hood and bumper.
