I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

I spoke to a mechanic who states that tnt did NOT do a full flush and fillThey did a drain and fill, which left copious amounts of dex fluid still in the block. I again asked for the insurance information so I can have my truck which was broken due to neglect of the employees fixed.At this time I am asking for the insurance information and I will let the insurance company handle it.My evidence from the mechanic and also the evidence of DEX fluid is clearly visible in my truck. James, fred, josh, and another employee also told me that if there are any issues TNT will resolve them, in which case tnt has not.Josh admitted that tnt DID NOT do a flush. Same with james who said they dont have the machine to do so.Also the mechanic told me that in order to do a flush it takes way more 2-gallons of coolant. It has come to my attention that while usuable the global peek coolant used after is NOT ideal

Consumer spoke with Revdex.com and advised that the complaint is resolved because the owner of this business has gone above and beyond in this matter.

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised that the consumer was dissatisfied. The same day of service the consumer went to another location stating he had no heat coming out, as such the consumer was provided a full flush and fill, free of charge at the other location.  The following day the...

consumer reached out to the East Aurora location where he sought information on the owner and the insurance information for the business.  When the employee advised that he had no knowledge of such and couldn't provide such, the consumer became agitated and abusive to said employee.  Manager has since spoke with the consumer, advising that all activities are video recorded at which time the consumer's account of activity changed.   At this point the matter has been discussed with the owners and we feel had been adequately address. The business feels that there is a pre-existing condition with the truck.
