We have found it necessary to post a review of TNT Horticultural Professionals LLC. This review is a result of 4 weeks of begging TNT to replace the sprinkler valve which froze last winter, They do not return phone calls so we had to drive to their greenhouse on Muggy Road on Catawba Island. We hired TNT to blowout our irrigation system last fall, 2014 and paid their bill for the service. It was decided that TNT had not fully blown out the system which resulted in the anti back flow valve freezing. We called TNT ( got no response) to our messages, so we took a picture of the damaged valve. They ( [redacted].,and [redacted]) said they would order the part and replace it.Repeated calls and trips to the greenhouse went unheeded. We picked up the part and replaced it ourself. No longer a customer of TNT, truly the experience was a negative.
