would like to retain you as a customer.Computers are complicated machines and as with anything complicated, things can always go wrong. No matter how much care our technicians take when they are fixing your computer, there is always a chance that something unexpected can happen resulting in the loss of information (data) or damage to hardware. This is especially true if your computer is in a precarious state to begin with. As such our technicians follow a routine to ensure as far as possible that:   a) You do not have any valuable data and, b) You are aware of the choices available to you if there is a chance you will lose the data contained on your computer.  We also only use licensed software by our distributors and free authorized software like [redacted].  Thank you again for your business.

I am rejecting this response because:The company that fixed the computer, after Shields did, WILL AFFIRM THAT THE SOFTWARE PUT IN WAS CORRUPTED AND NOT LEGIT!  They saw this and when I asked them about it they put a note in their files to document.  Shields can say what he wants but it simply is NOT true.  There is a note on the invoice I sent the Revdex.com, from [redacted] affirming that I had legit keys at my house and they were not installed in the computer...I am respectfully requesting refund of the 288 dollars I paid [redacted]...and SHields should know that if I end up in small claims court I will ask for more because of all the time and letters I have to him, to the governor's consumer office, to [redacted], to [redacted], an filing costs.  I imagine that would be at least 500 dollars...we can resolve this is he refunds what I paid to correct his practices.
