living there had a guest over and that was my high school enemy who him and I would box every time we see each other he showed up over to that house on Orchard with a couple friends .I was outnumbered and they were giving me a hard time I was working I had to watch my back and it was very uncomfortable and it got dark .and I wasn't quite finished and I'm sure he pushed the post over or did some kind of Savatage to the work that I've done to make it seem like I didn't do anything . [redacted] heard him joking around telling his friends that he was going to do that. but whatever the case was and still no excuse and you did pay me for a job that I did not complete and on top of it took her money knowing that. Ivr lost sleep over that because I know that's not what God wants me to do and I did it just because of the financial bind I was in and instead of turning to God and relying on him I went ahead and made a bad choice . now I'm separated and my wife got a lot of my equipment and over half my business is gone I'm just about back on my feet and back to work if you would please accept this letter and an agreement to pay you back if you could please understand and allow me to make payments that would be awesome or if you would be willing to give me a shot I would be more than willing to do another job for you worth twice the value just to make it right and I would be able to do that as soon as you need some work done I can do it that day or the following day me to so please take this letter into consideration and again I'm sorry Thank You [redacted] of TNT Landscaping

The issue is not resolved because my money has not been returned. If there was a problem then Tnt landscaping had my phone # and could have called me. I could have hired someone else to do the repairs. On a personal note, what you did was take money from a single mother. We all have problems .
