*** *** Wash Bay Complaint:Thursday, August 4th *** pulled through the wash bay around 4PM He had just traveled from Oregon and was getting his truck washed After he pulled out he came back to the wash bay and said that we had chipped his windshield TNT wash bay
attendant called TNT Body & Detail Manager to speak with Mr***. Mr*** said he had to drop his trailer at *** *** and he would return Body & Detail Manager and Regional Operations Manager reviewed the tapes , and interviewed wash bay attendant who had washed the truck Wash bay attendant said he cleared the windshield which was covered in bugs and that is when he noticed the windshield was chipped. After reviewing the tapes Body & Detail Manager and Regional Operations Manager came to the conclusion the chip was on the windshield prior to TNT washing the truckWe did not see any footage that would make us believe that a sprayer or roll over came in contact with the windshield.We spoke with *** and let him know what our findings were and that TNT was in no way responsible for the chipped windshield*** was not happy and did not agree with our findings, but he did add that he had just replaced both windshields a couple months prior

Thursday,
August 4th.  [redacted] pulled
through the wash bay around 4PM.  He had
just traveled from Oregon and was getting his truck washed.  After he pulled out he came back to the wash
bay and said that we had chipped his windshield.   The Wash Bay attendant called the Detail Manager
to speak with Mr. [redacted].
Mr. [redacted]
said he had to drop his trailer at [redacted] and he would return.  The Detail Manager and the Regional Ops
Manager reviewed the tapes , and interviewed the wash bay attendant who had
washed the truck.  The wash bay attendant
said he cleared the windshield which was covered in bugs and that is when he
noticed the windshield was chipped.
After
reviewing the tapes the Detail Manager and Regional Ops Manager came to the
conclusion the chip was on the windshield prior to TNT washing the truck. We
did not see any footage that would make us believe that a sprayer or roll over
came in contact with the windshield.
We spoke
with [redacted] and let him know what our findings were and that TNT was in no way
responsible for the chipped windshield. [redacted] was not happy and did not agree
with our findings, but he did add that he had just replaced both windshields a
couple months prior.

This really comes has no surprise as I [redacted]'t think we're dealing with the most honest people in the world. Nobody has reviewed the tape but then that comes as no surprise which I'm sure by now has been edited in case they are called upon to display it. Most honest upfront businesses have Provisions for responses by customers on the Facebook but this one is missing which again is No Surprise. It is also interesting that they mentioned the roll around which is a heavy tall metal ladder on wheels and a frame which is exactly what I think caused the injury but was not mentioned by me intentionally to see if they would bring that up and their response to say to that wasn't the culprit! Just another positive reinforcement that's my claim is accurate! So where do we go from here?
