with Ms. [redacted] assessment regarding the time it took to respond to her initial dispute of charges. The excessive delay in responding to the dispute has beenaddressed within our office with procedures put in place to keep a delay such as this from happening again.The complaint to the Revdex.com came about due to our response to Ms. [redacted] dispute, which was completed and sent to her on October 6, 2015. We had addressed the concerns she had and adjusted the Final Deposit Accounting, where her end balance was negative $94.66. The complaint continues to be in the detail cleaning and in some of the repairs charged. We had already adjusted our figures after researching her complaints. We are confident after taking all of that time to research the challenge our figures are correct and should not be adjusted. There were also concessions made at the time of the move out as the owner had agreed to allow Ms. [redacted] to break her lease, so that she could purchase a home. This was thoroughly discussed with the owner and TNT, Inc. highly recommended the course of action to facilitate the broken lease in good faith.That said, we do not believe that it is right to remove the balance owed as the work was performed. However, we also understand the irritation caused by the excessive delay in responding to the initial dispute. For this reason and this reason alone, TNT, Inc. has adjusted the final balance owed from$94.66 to $0.00. A revised Final Deposit Accounting will be mailed directly to Ms. [redacted] indicating the $0.00 balance.

The company has hidden fees. They lie to you so they can bleed you for your security deposit. Take Pictures!! Document everything!!!! They are slum lords!! Do not rent from them!!!
