The complaints made against this place are 100% true This is the most dishonest business I have ever encountered in my entire life The owner Travis Stanley is complete trash and entirely untrustworthy Save yourself the trouble and buy furniture from somewhere (anywhere!) else

I wish I would have read these reviews before doing business there. In Nov 2014, I purchased an Ashley North Shore bedroom set with ALL the extras from TNT Super Home Store. The Armoire, (a very large item) was broken in the rear, upon arrival, and the doors didn't work correctly. I was assured by the delivery team, (they took pictures in my driveway), that it would be re-ordered and replaced. Furniture replacement is VERY COMMON these days due to shipping and/or Mfr. defects. Like the previous review, I was run around and around with the manager not being there and he will call you / or take care of it, blah, blah, blah. I finally did get ahold of him and was told to send more pictures, (Interesting since his own delivery crew already did all of this on the day of delivery). NOTHING has ever happened. Six months later, still not even a word. I finally had it fixed myself, since Ashley stopped making it!! Stay away from this place, worst furniture experience I EVER had!!

The TNT Home Store on Greenbrier, seems to be running a scam on people. Beginning with their advertisement on Craigslist. .....then, not keeping their advertisement ads when you get in the store. I looked around for furniture and had been to that store 4 times before I actually purchased. The employees were very nice. The manager/owner, Travis and his wife seemed so nice and acted like "Christians". We had so much in common, young couple with 4 small children. We were really sold on the item with the lifetime guarantee on all Ashley Furniture. .... out of 8 years of being married, this was our first time buying our own brand new furniture. We purchased it with our debit card in FULL. The couches would be in the following week. I was out of town when the furniture came in. My husband was home. When I returned home, the following week. .... I noticed that the stuffing in the couches were scarce. ..... Two of the pillows were flat..... I called Travis, he apologized and told me to email him pictures to the email address on the card that he gave us..... A few days later, I emailed him..... it apparently went to another employee who told me that they were forwarding it to another distributor. A week later, he told me that my couches would be in that week..... However, they never came.... I emailed again. ... He informed me that we had to pay a delivery fee over DOUBLE the amount that they usually charged...I don't feel that we should pay TWICE for their mistake... we tried calling Travis, but he hasn't been in the office since November. .... I asked the representative for Travis' direct email. .... He said that we could just pay the $35. ... I still have not received the email for Travis. ... I have messaged him on Facebook and all of a sudden, he has disappeared. I am not the only victim of this trickery. I wish I had read the reviews, before investing over $900 in "NEW" furniture. I really would just like my NEW furniture.
