TNT Towing & Transport

When I came to pickup my truck from the tow yard I found my truck unlocked, Windows down with the key in the ignition and turned on (which drained my battery completely)The general manager was very apologetic and explained that the person responsible would be written up as that's against there policyWhen I spoke to the owner of the company to tell him of the issue he immediately dismissed everything I told him and that his company was not at fault at this was "standard practice"He obviously lied to me as the GM explained that's never happened beforeHe told me it wasn't his problem and would do nothing to resolve the matter DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS POORLY RUN COMPANY!! THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR VEHICLE!

To whom this may concern,As the complainant listed above the keys were left in his vehicle and it did drain his battery all the way downThe general manager did apologize and make sure we got his vehicle started and he was good to goThe complainant wanted to talk to the owner so I gave him a phone callAs soon as the conversation started I could tell he was very upset at the whole situationI believe he was more upset about getting his vehicle towed by the police but this was kinda the icing on the cakeI was trying to talk to him and he would not stop yelling and cussing at meI asked him three times to please just talk to me so we can figure something outHe refused and continued swearing and making threatsSo I gave him one final chance to regain his composure and he was not able to so I had to hang up the phoneIf he can't treat me with respect and dignity there is nothing I can do for him

Apparently, this was a night of major incidents*** wait time was absolutely RIDICULOUS! I had to call a towing company to change a flat tireTNT Towing was there in minutesTHANK YOU

One of their tow trucks attempted to run us off the road today and then flipped us off as he was doing soA real bunch of classy individuals!
