Review: We have contracted and have prepaid this bus company to charter a motorcoach for a group of french people coming to visit New York City.

The first service was the transfer of the group from JFK airport to an hotel in Manhattan, and the motorcoach did not show up at JFK airport because the trafic.

TNT has agreed to reimburse us.

They have sent us a reimbursement by check but the check was returned unpaid, because they have no money on thier account.

Review: We chartered buses from TNT Transportation to transport our organization's members to a Farm Trip in August [redacted] 2013 in upstate New York. There were several issues, the major one being that we prepaid for 6 buses but alerted TNT Transportation that we only needed 5 buses a week before our planned trip which was within their window for adjusting the number of buses we needed. We were told that we would get a refund for the payment we made for the bus we did not need. We have not received this refund as of yet.

In addition to this we had problems during the day of the trip. I sent a detailed itinerary to TNT Transportation to then send in turn to their drivers to tell them exactly where they needed to go. Apparently TNT did not give this information to the drivers so the drivers did not know exactly where they were supposed to go. When we realized that the drivers were going to the wrong locations we tried to give them the correct information but two of the drivers were unwilling to change their destination to the correct destination. One of the drivers actually stopped driving and refused to continue unless he heard back from TNT Transportation which was slow in communicating the information to the drivers.

In addition to this one of the trucks broke down which happens. However, it was extremely difficult to get a response from TNT regarding the status of a replacement bus. Eventually we did get the replacement bus on time which worked out well for us.

Afterward TNT Transportation agreed to both repay us for the $1,500 that we prepaid for a bus we did not need and $300 as a refund for the issues that arose on August [redacted]. After numerous emails and phone calls we have not received this refund as of April [redacted] 2014.Desired Settlement: We should receive a refund for $1,800 that is based on the commitment that TNT Transportation made.

Review: we provided services for them and they gave us a check that bounced for $5900.00 then was told when we got there [redacted] has nothing to do with payment.A gentlemen named [redacted] called on a cell phone and stated He will make good by Friday 7/**/2013 .Friday [redacted] call and stated they where getting @ 75000.00 check from Swiss air and [redacted] was getting divorced he will let me know when I can get my money. the deal was some money on 7/**/2013 and balanced due on Friday 7/**/2013Desired Settlement: to be paid in full for services rendered
