I am rejecting this response because: Per ***'s response, I see that they are still not taking responsibility for their actionsWhy would I call him today 10/24/about the rodeo and to fix it? The rodeo was sold to a salvage yard on 10/8/This was after the Rodeo was reviewed and I was told there was more wrong with the Rodeo besides just the transmissionYou can call them and verify this was for the RodeoEverything I have stated has been the truth as it happened at each incidentI did not bring up the fact that they worked on another Truck of mine to install new seat belts, that they has me purchase and called me after days stating I bought the wrong size, they were to shortOnce I got them home I realized they had activated the spring and it would not unlock the belt all the wayI took it back to them to explain these were the correct seat belts and they had activated the spring so the belt was not coming out all of the wayOnce I showed them they completed the work and waived the charge due to their errorOnce again why are there mechanics not trained to do the workIf I had listened to them I would have wasted even more money buying seat belts and having them installed when once again the belts are the correct onesI just want the $credit back to my Goodyear Account.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: They are the ones who told me to look on the internet to see if there was a forum that shows any Rodeos with the same problem, since they were having difficulties*** did not get involved with the Rodeo repair until he called me and tried to give me the car back saying there was nothing they could doOnce I explained I had been coming to them with the car with the same problem and they were the ones telling me what they believed the problem was, he said "I was not aware of that and let me see what can be done."I had asked *** (who was the most helpful), every time I came in, if he could have the mechanics check the transmission, they always came back to him saying it was not the transmissionAs far as waiting weeks that was not trueI called every week at least twice a week to see what was happening first I was able to talk to ***, then I was told I could only talk to ***, who was not there, nobody seemed to know what was happeningWhen I finally got the call it was the transmission, I asked what could be doneI was told they needed to talk to *** but he was out of the office at either doctor appointments or in the hospitalThey finally called and told me about the $only if I fixed thru themI told them we would pick up the car and we did days laterI have always had the same complaint on what the car was doingI have attached the sheets for the repair work I was givenI did authorize the repair work based on their advisement of what was wrongThey were the ones also using the internet (they did this while I was in there lobby) to try to diagnose the problem and told me to look as wellI did notice the last week they had the Rodeo it was at their location but once again when I called I was told they needed to talk to ***, since they did not know what was happening, and he was not inI am not trying to get around paying for something I authorized, I authorized the work based on the service department saying that they believed it would fix the issue, which it never didWhen they drained the fuel tank, I was told it was a good idea to replace the pump while they were in there, since they believed it was bad gas that was causing the problemIf I did not authorized the fuel pump replacement and them cleaning the tank out did not work then I would have to pay another $in labor(on top of what I paid right then for them to do it) to re-drop the fuel tank to put the new fuel pump in Since I barely had the money to fix the fuel tank and could not afford another $200.00, I authorized them to do it thenOnce again this was based on their recommendationsI feel I should be given at least the $credit back to my Goodyear account
