TNT Window Tinting

Review: On February 19th, I came into TNT Window Tinting via appointment at 8:50 am. (Scheduled at 9am) I was scheduled to be at work only a few miles away at noon and was told that getting to work on time will NOT be an issue over the phone by the female scheduler multiple times. (otherwise I wouldn't schedule that day!) After mingling with an acquaintance and doing another customers tint repair (who arrived well after myself and after talking to that gentleman- he was scheduled well after as well) they finally got going on my small car. I did not get out of their freezing cold waiting room until 12:15 ! Obviously late to work, I came in to a written warning and lost sales time at work. This is enough for a horrible review on their service as is. After waiting the recommended 3-5 days for putting windows down, I decided to call and point out some flaws (large area didn't adhere to windshield and drivers side window with debris stuck between glass and tint) that I'm seeing in their installation quality. That call was made 2/25 and left a message. I called again 2/26 and got an answer. I was then told that "they're all booked for quite some time now". There was no apology or concern, just another slot in his schedule. He offered me 1 day and time, 1 week away! Due to work and scheduling conflict, not all days are available obviously. The next available, and the day I finally got to schedule is March 12th at 9am. Again, I have to work at noon so it'll be interesting to see if they can fix 2 windows in that time! My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that nearly a month from the original install date, I'll finally have a completed project that I have already payed for! That's unacceptable, to not make a small window of room for me to bring my car in to get the job I PAID for before they take on all these new clients. I am fuming at how a business can put me off like that. I had my brand new car detailed, prepped, and tinted this particular time of month for a reason, but now the big event I wanted my car to look tip top for will come and pass before the blemishes are fixed! I paid for tinted windows on 2/19 and expected top notch quality for the price and bragging that accompanies this business. However, I clearly am NOT receiving the service or compassion they advertise. A dissatisfied customer trumps a new 'would be' deal. I should have top priority in shop time for them to fix their horrible installation job on my vehicle before dozens of others can get new work done. I feel a significant refund is legit. I did not get what was paid for, plain and simple, but they have my money! I am receiving un just customer service.
