Business states customer did not have strong understanding what cosigning inBut to make the customer happy we purchased the contract back and got him off the loan

The customer received a well running vehicleHis grandmother cosigned for her year old grandson so he could get a nice vehicleThey test drove the vehicle and were very happy with the sports car we were sellingWe had no issues with the sale, nor issues with the mechanics of the vehicleThe only time we heard anything negative was months laterThe grandson [redacted] informed us the motor had blownWe told him we would be able to help him get the best price and labor cost to repair itThe car was purchased AS IS we have the document proving thisThe vehicle was fine for months with no issues the car had lower miles and it is our belief that they must have abused the sports car to cause the damage in such a short period of timeUnfortunately, the customer insisted we needed to pay for their new engine and laborapparently he was quoted dollars, we were going to help him get it repaired for a third of that cost but instead they became angry and threaten to sue us for the damage he did to the vehicle.Sent on: 8/24/3:29:PM

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

It's a requirement to maintain full coverage insurance during the loan *** not only failed to do this but crashed the car without insurance We at A TO B Cars got the vehicle back to driving condition for him, at our own cost with hopes he would catch up with his payments as promised
Rightfully, we would not release the vehcile to him until he reinstated his full coverage insurance which he was quite honestly resistant to do and slightly disgruntled he couldn't just have his car back and drive our streets illegally.*** got his insurance and continued to not make his payments even though he promised to come by and do so Finally, when even contacting him was no longer working we decided that not only were we not going to receive our compensation but very likely he would not continue his insuranceThis coupled with the extreme difficulty of collecting any form of payment we decided to take back the car

the customer admitted to racing the car over hundred miles an hour He also blew out the clutch which we replaced initially and then less than two weeks later calls and informs us the transmission is bad and missing 3rd gear We then proceeded to replace his transmission which under the
circumstances was suspect do to wearing out a clutch so quickly after owning the vehicle clutches will customarily give signs they are wearing out by slipping which this vehicle didn't demonstrate before selling We did all these repairs at our own cost even though he signed an AS IS NO WARRANTY waiver After the replacing the transmission we took the damaged transmission to a rebuild shop where he soon after sent up pictures of the internal damage of the transmission Third gear was missing all its teeth upon asking how this could happen the transmission repair owner had one response only he said, "pure abuse is the only way to rip all the teeth off of the third gear."The car when in our possession was broken into and stereo was stolen he agreed to take a dollars cash which we have a receipt for and never complained till nowWe sent pictures of the internals of the transmission he destroyed to the customer and he sent nothing back in response These are the exact pictures we have enclosedThis is an unreasonable person whom wants to race a car and expects the seller to foot the bill for the damage he causes

Business states customer did not have strong understanding what cosigning in. But to make the customer happy we purchased the contract back and got him off the loan.

The customer received a well running vehicle. His grandmother cosigned for her 19 year old grandson so he could get a nice vehicle. They test drove the vehicle and were very happy with the sports car we were selling. We had no issues with the sale, nor issues with the mechanics of the vehicle. The...

only time we heard anything negative was 4 months later. The grandson [redacted] informed us the motor had blown. We told him we would be able to help him get the best price and labor cost to repair it. The car was purchased AS IS we have the document proving this. The vehicle was fine for 4 months with no issues the car had lower miles and it is our belief that they must have abused the sports car to cause the damage in such a short period of time. Unfortunately, the customer insisted we needed to pay for their new engine and labor. apparently he was quoted 9000 dollars, we were going to help him get it repaired for a third of that cost but instead they became angry and threaten to sue us for the damage he did to the vehicle.Sent on: 8/24/2017 3:29:28 PM

A 2 b stated that they fixed the clutch then I brought it back for 3 gear and then again for a clutch repair. But I only brought it to them twice. First for the 3 gear, and then again for the clutch replacement. Which I paid for they charged me 450 for the repairs. We held up on our end paying them what they asked let them slide on replacing the audio equipment with less the what was in the car. And I'm gonna with what is on their website. I'm am very unsatisfied where it clearly stares every customer satisfied. My request is not unreasonable of having a local repair shop do the repairs.
