Aloha! My name is Barbara K [redacted] the owner of To and From Boutique I called this customer after listening to her message and told her I would check with the clerk and have her get back to her right away Jackie, our clerk, did so and explained that she asked for change for the $bill she was given then gave it back to her completely Then asked for the $to pay for the shirt I asked Jackie to call this customer and she did and explained that she gave the entire $to her first then asked her to pay for the shirt.The customer agreed but Jackie felt she was in a hurry to go since she had a party to attend and maybe she did not understand the full transaction She explained that she would balance her register and be sure to get back to her if there were any discrepancies There were none and therefore she hasn't spoken with this customer since then.I would ask the customer to call me so I can speak with her and try to resolve this issue I believe this situation could have been resolved if she asked for the manager, however she did not, and that slander to our business is inappropriate Could you please ask her to call me at [redacted] .Thank you
