A contract is arranged where the promoter and the customer do a 50-50 split on the proceeds of the promotion. *** sold over $6000 worth of a trilogy of books that I have written and has failed to pay me stating a bad automobile accident was causing the delay. She promised payment from the settlement for the car but this has not been forthcoming. I wrote her two weeks ago asking if we could work out a payment and she has not responded.
