Toasted Bees

I ordered a pair high powered gas cutter blades on 7/2020 and I never received anything from them.. they gave the excuse of the Covid-19 pandemic..that they would verify why I haven't received my merchandise but I got no reply back. They took not only my money but those of others.. then dismantled everything.. scammers.. Is there anywhere th that I can go to and see if I can get my money back..

I have had the same experience with Toasted Bees, never getting what I ordered and all the excuses, Covis19 and not being able to send it, this has been since April

I ordered something on 14th May 2020, and despite continued requests I am always fobbed off, I have requested a refund but they refuse and I can't seem to find my order receipt on Paypal as it is over 3 months since I ordered it, it seems it is a total scam

On June 3rd, I bought an item (order # XXXXX-TB), which I paid $44.97 plus $9.95 for shipping. After several complaints, the company argued that in 2-3 business days they would report the shipment to me. This never happened.
On July 19th, they apologized, blaming the carrier and asked for a few more days to send me the tracking number. Tracking number only. I am waiting until now.
*** Give me back my money!
