I had a very unusual encounter with this company over the weekendI along with seven other members of my family went to the nightclub and was denied accessOne of my female cousins had on a pair of designer jeans and was told jeans were not allowed in the clubAs she was being told this someone was coming up the stairs with jeans on, then someone else came up with jeans, and it continuedThen the story switched from no jeans to no ripped jeans, and someone came up with ripped jeansWe felt very offend because the employee at the top of the stairs was being a complete [redacted] , and very condescendingThis is not the first time I have been to this club and I'm not one to pull the race card however I do feel this is a very prejudice establishment, and those who are of my skin complexion are not truly welcomedI was/am extremely offended and will report this issue to every outlet that I can

Additionally , we are also pleased to offer a wide range of price points to accommodate all budgets.  It is unfortunate that [redacted] felt he did not receiver the product he ordered. We take pride in educating our staff on how to better assist our guest with the  selection of beverages.  We have refunded the full cost of the beverage to [redacted] .  Please fill free to contact me if you have any further question on this matter.

Review: On June 20, 2014 I asked waitress for a [redacted]. After reviewing my bill the next day I noticed I was charged for [redacted] but I received [redacted].

1 I was charged for a shot of ** liquor, but was given a shot of [redacted].

2. The [redacted] is a much more expensive [redacted] than the [redacted].

3. The waitress never asked me what type of [redacted] I wanted, nor did she ever explain the price.

2. Will also contact the ABC Board because I was charged for a product I never received plus the price of a shot of liquor is 20 times the cost.

Horrible, do not go here! No where near enough ventilation in the smoking areas. Completely unprofessional bouncers who have an attitude problem unlike anyplace I've ever been. If you can't keep your cool, find another job. The fact that this place does as much business as it does, is unimaginable. The only reason I went was for a high school reunion, and I will never go back, nor recommend. I'm appalled at this place. My guess is they're cleaning policy is probably lacking. The name keeps them in business, not what they do.
