Dear Sir/Madam,In response to this complaint, I have been in this business for about years and in this period of time have sold hundreds of these machines without any complaintsI never recommended any specific tobacco for these machinesThe majority of my customers do use pipe tobacco because of Cost difference between pipe tobacCO and cigarette tobaccoI have both types of tobacco in my storeBefore I Sell any cigarette making machine informed the customer about the manufacturer return policies as stated on the attached documentAlso, informed the customer to read the Owner's Manual and Warranty instructions.As he mentioned in the complaint about the machine being used------THAT IS A FLAT-OUT LIE!!!I think it's important for you to know how our conversation on the phone wentHis girlfriend was very offensive and used derogatory language towards meShe asked if I was from India, and told me "Go back to f.....ing India" and abruptly hung up the phoneI have always run a very honest business and have had good rapport with my CustomersThis is really very upsetting to meI tried to be fair with these people and their response was very ugly.It's the customer's responsibility to follow the directionsI am ready to refund cost of the tobacco ($9.19+TX) with the return of the tobacco and customer has to send the machine to the manufacturer for repair if necessaryIt was his neglect to follow the instructions and jammed the machine.Sincerely yours:(Jaydeep P***)
