The price on the shelf under the beer said 10.49 and he rang it up at 11.99 I said no the sign said 10.49 he said I don't care I don't put up the prices the vendor does. I said and showed him the sign and he said again he didn't care. And that us not right.
I told the customer that the Beer Co. Mr. has by mistake put the price tag as $10.49 so sorry I can't sell the product at that price. The correct price I have to charge is $11.99. I talk with the customer respectfully. I behave with the customer in proper respect. I never told him I do not care. I try to satify all my customer with respect.
