Our store has a policy that says we don:rt retwn or exchange any smoking products because they are unsaleable after any customer uses it because we don't. know wht the customer has put init. The vaporizer is sold solely for tobacco consumpion but we are unaware of what the custoer actually uses it for and for that reason we do not take any returns on smoking products. This policy is stated on the customer's receipt and also there is a notice inthe store. We do apologies to the customer if he isn't totally satisfied with his product but we allow all customers to look at all smoking products before buying and its upon them to decide whether to get it or not once the sales are made there is no cancelation

Review: I was sold a product believed to be real (a G-Pen) but when I took the product to an expert I was told the product was not authentic. I was NOT notified the product was not authentic and there is no sign advertising it either. When I informed the owner it was a fake he shrugged his shoulders and told me there was no refunds or exchanges.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and for the store to have to pay a fine or get rid of the fake products so no one else will have to go through what I went through.
