Our store has a clear and strict no refund or returns policy, we have it posted in numerous locations around our store including on our e-cig display cases(photos attached) in a font well over the manditory 14pt required by minnesota state law
325f.80, though we sypathisie with our customers when an ecig product stops functioning, the simple fact is the product worked at the time of purchase, and once he left the confines of our store we cannot be held responsable for damages and malfunctions that may occur, we instructed him to attempt to contact the manufacturer even going so far as to offer the manufacturers info which we have readily available for all customers with issues

I did not see any signs of no refunds or returns, had I, I would not have purchasedThey did not instruct me to attempt to contact the manufacturer nor offered the manufacturers infoselling a battery that works twice and dies is not normalI have purchased many different kinds of batteries and never had that happenThey also told me no ecig outlet refunds or replaces a bad battery, however the company I am now giving my business to a store in Rochester MN, has a two week policy to repair, replace or refundAs a customer that use to buy hundreds of dollars of product from them, I am very disappointed that they do not back up their salesI am also offended that they lied in their responseBuyer Beware of this company
