To whom it might concern:After speaking to a Revdex.com rep on Friday, October 17th, and providing a reply, this Email will serve as a formal response to complaint #***Most importantly, this complaint really has nothing to do with our store, but rather another store that was part of a franchise
business.The person who filed the complaint had a credit to a different store (not at all connected to our store) dating back to 2011, That store was in New York City, while our store is on ***, MA.While we were a National Jean franchisee at one point, we had no affiliation whatsoever with other franchised locationsAll stores were owned by different corporations and never affiliated.When we changed our name to TOBEY GREY, all store credits and gift cards to our store have, of course, been honored.The person filing the complaint came into our Massachusetts store years after receiving her credit in the New York store that has nothing to do with usI understand she was rude to our staff and would not accept that her credit has nothing to do with our storeThis was like someone getting a credit at *** *** and trying to use it at ***Moreover, when the customer returned for the second time and once again tried to use the credit, one of our owners explained that the credit did not belong to our store.We have been in business for over years and have a great reputationWe cannot honor a credit that does not belong to us, and cannot tolerate the continued rude behavior.If I can be of any other assistance please feel free to contact me at ***./*** ***
