Former Prosecutor: I’m a former Prosecutor of both Arizona and Hawaii. I’ve specifically prosecuted DUI and Drug Cases—and many more. Those years of experience give me valuable insight about the other side. I know how the State approaches a case and how to use that to your advantage.
My background as a former Prosecutor and Court-Appointed Defense Attorney provide the necessary experience, tools, and knowledge to successfully handle your criminal or DUI case from start to finish. I’ve defended hundreds of clients, and I’ve handled thousands of cases in a wide array of charges ranging from DUI and traffic infractions, to drug possession and serious felonies. No matter how challenging your case may be, I’ll be there to fight for you.
Former Court-Appointed Defense Attorney: I’ve handled a wide variety of criminal defense matters on behalf of indigent clients as a court-appointed attorney. Those difficult and trying cases have provided me the experience and knowledge needed to maximize limited resources and ensure every legal avenue is pursued from start to finish.

Doesn't get much better than this guy, called me back on Friday afternoon Thanksgiving weekend, answered all my questions, and didn't charge me. Wow! Unbelievable, thank you so much!!!
To those who do things that are not friendly in the face Iif the law, call this guy. He saved my tail. I was facing serious charges for one thing, then got into trouble on another thing and was looking at some serious trouble. Tim kept me out of jail, trouble, unsupervised probation, and got my fines knocked down to minimum. He saved my life. He communicated with me through the whole process and even kept me out of the courtroom. On multiple Ioccassions I couldn't make it to court and he rescheduled with the judge several times. All the while I was late on my payments. He is a great man and very much appreciated by myself and my new wife to be. I would reccomend him to anyone. Hrs great
