In response to the complaint made by [redacted], yes she did start her rent on April 6, 2015 and it was prorated from that date thru the end of April. It was explained to Ms. [redacted] that this...
was a month to month rental and rent was due the 1st of each month. Ms. [redacted] also signed a storage agreement stating the same "Rent is due on First Day of Month". The agreement also states "Occupant's right to store property in the Unit shall begin on the date listed above (Move in Date) and continue through the end of the first calendar month". Then is becomes a month to month agreement as stated in the contract Se2.(b). This also states "No refunds of Monthly Rent will be made for any reason".
Enclosed is a copy of the agreement which Ms. [redacted] signed.
We are a member of the MO Self Storage Owners Association and obtain our agreements through this association as do several storage facilities city and state wide.
No refund is due Ms.[redacted] as per the signed agreement.
