Tod took a deposit of $2,800 for a new 5 Ton Air Conditioning unit in April 2019. Tod has not delivered the unit.
Tod took a deposit of $2,800 for a new 5 Ton Air Conditioning unit in April 2019. The service Order invoice number is*** and the deposit was paid by check and cashed. I was very patient and Tod kept giving me excuses for delays until recently that I had told him I was not going to wait anymore and I wanted a full refund of my deposit. After that he has not answered my calls. I would not recommend Tod for any service as he is untrustworthy. I will be take further actions shortly but I want to give Tod a chance to send my the full refund before I continue......

Business completely ignored all phone calls, emails, etc. concerning getting correct bill of sale on a/c unit & warranty info.
business installed new a/c unit (outside & attic unit). After asking for a copy of the bill of sale with warranty info, etc. a copy was emailed with an incorrect address & my last name misspelled. Repeated emails, calls, etc. were ignored. We finally found the warranty paperwork tossed around in the attic & they never submitted it to the manufacturer.

Desired Outcome

Business needs to change it's bad practices & respond to the customer.

Incorect system fitted. Replacement promised. Three months later still no communication or sign of replacement.

New AC system requested, replacement 5 ton carrier system. With heating, cooling and emergency heating.

System fitted : cooling and emergency heating only.

On day of installation, noticed unit fitted was cooling only. Informed the supplier, promised a replacement in 1-2 weeks.
3.5 month later, no replacement and no returned communication. Attempted to contact the company on almost daily basis.

Heating bills for the last two months have been highest ever received due to having emergency heat only.

Desired Outcome

Replace condenser with correct type. As originally requested / promised.

Tod Orazi Heating and Air serviced our long term rental townhomes in Kissimmee. The property in question, his engineer, when going to repair the unit. said the air con unit had to be replaced as it was old. We agreed. the Invoice was emailed to me, I paid $4,300, on 12.07.2016. The unit went wrong a few months ago, but I was not concerned as it was a new unit. It went wrong again on Monday, I called Tod O. Answermachine message left. No one went to the property. Left several messages. In the end I had to get a different Air Con company to go. The engineer reported back that the unit in the property was dated 2006. Therefore Tod O has not replaced the Air Con Unit on 12.06.2016. I have the Paid Invoice. He will not now speak to me or email me. I emailed him yesterday evening, offering, either a refund of my money, a new unit installed as per the Invoice, or I was reporting him. The third choice has had to be carried out.

We have just received your notice today, we have reached out to Mrs *** to try to figure out the mishap with this install. The equipment was purchased and installed we are unsure of what is going on with this situation but are trying to get it resolved. This is a rental property so we need to see exactly what happened . We do have the equipment models and serial numbers that were purchased and installed. She can contact my office at 407-932-4353 and we again will get it resolved for her, but we do need to find out what is going on.

Tod O HAS NOT reached out to us re: this situation. I did speak to on two occasions. His first response was 'its no big deal, I will have a look'. Next time he said 'he would go and check it out'. That did not happen. Those conversations were done weeks ago. We have left numerous messages for him. Mr *** left a message last week asking to call him as he was not responding to my messages - man to man. Like I said previously, another Air Con company had to repair the unit at the said house, he checked and saw the Unit was dated 2006. I will call Tod O as he stated in his response to get it resolved. (Just called Tod O, left a long message for him to get back to me. To meet him at the property next week, when we are in Kissimmee. Asked him to call me to arrange the meeting.) I will let you know how we get on with today's telephone call.
