Appointment made online for 6/14/@ 8:a.m for door lock issues Car delivered on time and had no contact until we made phone calls, starting @ 3:pm Call from [redacted] @ 6:p.m(hours later), after voice messages Car parts ordered, should arrive on Wed Called Wednesday, after not getting any update and parts didn't arrive and [redacted] off Called Thursday morning, again, no call from dealership, and [redacted] "hoped" repairs would be completed, again, hopefully by Friday Arrived late Friday afternoon, repairs done and additional work, for $plus the $already agreed upon, was performed without our consent! Car arrived home and both rear seats had oily residue from technicians not using proper protection Took an hour of cleaning to return car to original condition when left @ [redacted] Shaw Husband was given all kinds of excuses for the $overage, none of which made any sense, to him or our year old daughter, but we were ready to be DONE with [redacted] *

Bad Service! Took my Tacoma in for repair, was advised it would be ready around noon Was not ready till around 4pm Took my wife’s 4Runner in for tires and other maintenance Was supposed to be ready by end of day, NOT!! Had to call to find out it was not readyService Rider, “Morgan”, was off the next day When we went in, we found out there was an over charge and had been told untruth about battery warranty We left to avoid casing a scene, because we were going to have to wait till Morgan came back to resolve the problem I called back spoke with the Service Manager, “Jeff Barlow”, who offered to honor a non valid warranty and replace the battery for free We only asked to be charged for the service requested, as an honorable customer should I had to provide date of purchase for defective battery So hours later we finally retrieved our 4Runner Most frustrating, especially when arrangements were made ahead of time Of all the Toyota Dealerships we have been to in Texas, this one has given us bad service Other dealerships have a Host that meets you when you drive inAt Mike Shaw, you have to walk in to the Office and hope the Service Riders, will acknowledge your presence, before you get service It is to bad because the Dealership is on the west side of town and has potential

I had a pinon and new axils put on my Toyota Camry several months agoOn 3/12/I took my car into Mike Shaw's because of steering wheel shaking between and 4-MPHAlso the front end was dropping slightly when hitting ng bumps in the road and pulling to rightI had a wheel alignment done approximately one week prior at same dealershipI waited four hours for car to be evaluated even though I was the fifth person in lineThey came back and told me that the front end needed new struts and that the shaking g in the steering wheel was the result of a bad left inner tire rodI had to leave my car and picked up 3/16/I was told that everything was done and that I would not have any problems, including another wheel alignmentI paid $As I drove home, I noticed the car pulling to right and the steering wheel shaking bad between and MPHI returned it on the following morning and complainedThey took it back and started inspectingI waited another four hours

Worst service technicians ever!!!! Made mistake of paying for car first and couldn't drive off the lot!!! Had more problems then when it was brought in weeks before due to their technician!!!! Can't get an answer when it will ready!!!! It's not the first time another family member had same thing happen with them should of know better!!! Will never use MIKE SHAW again!!!

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from Mike Shaw Toyota and were promised a second set of keys from them, which the salesman told us was left at his home We made several trips back to the dealers showroom and on the trip were told that there was a mistake, we had been told they would check with the previous owner and if available send us the additional keys On the trip they wouldn't even come and talk to me I was also called at home a little over a week after we bought the car and was threatened to "Either return the car or provide them with a new proof of insurance We paid cash for the car and even bought their extended warranty Why would they care if I had insurance, there was no money owed
