I sent an email regarding my desire to cancel my membership and was never informed that I needed to completed a form in person at Today's FitnessI was told it was cancelled by [redacted] , GM, on 8/4/ Mr [redacted] did NOT say I needed to come down in person nor did he say that I needed to provide days notice Your records will indicate that I've never used my gym transfer membershipI did not use the membership at all and was not provided adequate information at the time I request cancellationIn addition, when I emailed in July and called the gyn, no one responded to meFor these reasons, I believe I'm entitled to a refund for the months of July, August and September Regards, [redacted]
The membership was transferred by the owner of [redacted] Sports Club to our health club Today's Fitness We did not charge the account until 7/15/ Any previous charges were from the before club Our policy is an in-person cancellation form where we both receive a copy in order to prevent situations like this, which includes a day notice The boxing program is also not our health club, so any funds given towards that program were given to [redacted] not Today's Fitness Contact the owner of [redacted] regarding your refund from the previous dates [redacted] Email: [redacted] @***.com

I am responding to the complaint filed by *** ***Empire Fitness closed in MayWe didn’t take over their accounts until JulySo anything before July, she would have to contact *** *** - ***In order for *** to cancel the contract, she needs to come down to the gym and fill
out the cancellation paperworkWe are not able to take it over the phone for security reasonsThis way, when she comes, she will sign the paperwork and be given a copy for her records
